Seriously, Chuck C, by fixing that section of the road you risk completely and total wasting your time, as, if constructed without a permit, it will be deconstructed very quickly.
I'm sure that the S. Park visitors here on this board, including myself, applaud your enthuasism and support your cause, but Sammy speaks the truth.
