The Rowland cabin in Hall Canyon was being maintained by 4 wheelers. Now that the road is closed, it is not being taken care of. As a matter of fact, I was told by the park service, that it looks like the hikers are trashing it, ie garbage, windows being broken. The park is talking about burning down the cabin.
