Your self described "excellent profile" and now diatribe convince me that someone else will the answer. After all, someone did determine how high/tall whatever Mt. Everest is, the Matterhorn etc., and it was determined by well meaning people. The suggestion that I care about the height being to the inch or millimeter as you put it shows a psuedo intellectual trying to demean someone else or their effort for some answer which might be important for whatever reason. You DON'T THE ANSWER and I do not, them kindly step aside and let some one provide an answer without diatribes insults etc., IT WAS A GOOD QUESTION and IF YOU DO NOT THINK SO, then sit back and be quiet if you had or have answer then I and others would be happy to hear from you !
