It goes to honesty. Living next to a whore house is inherently quiet. They don't want any need for EMS or LE. Low profile an' all. I support that. They police themselves and it keeps the neighborhood quiet and safe. That goes to the concept of 'self government'. Ahh, an American thing. Self Government... Something we see too little of these days. Anyway, yep, you know what the deal is goin' in.
The first time I saw that emu I didn't spill anything but I nearly pissed myself. It was in the middle of the morning and in the middle of the road and it acted like I had no right to be there. Then I remembered where I was. Oh, yeah. The Junction. Marta. Could be anything.
